A senior evaluator structures basic assessments and evaluations for all types of international and national programs ranging from individual programs to complex programs involving multiple sites using rotating faculty who teach on differing time schedules. A basic, easy-to-understand evaluation system designed to alleviate faculty resistance to assessment is demonstrated in an informal workshop format, with a focus on evaluation of the learning outcomes rather than on evaluation of the instructors. Producing an Edited Book. The workshop facilitator teaches faculty how to develop their own edited books.
