Estrella Mountain Community College of the Maricopa Community Colleges and its secondary school partner, The Peoria Unified School District, The National Center for Teacher Education (Maricopa Community Colleges), and the Arizona Department of Education’s Education Professional Program—all CCTI partners—were recognized at the Arizona Department of Education’s “Spotlight on Success” Awards Ceremony on May 16 in Carefree, Arizona.

The award recognizes, celebrates, and spotlights successful school programs and practices. The CCTI partnership award puts several programs in the spotlight because of the positive differences they have made in the lives and futures of the students they serve.
