Sponsored by The Center for Applied Research at Central Piedmont Community College, the Annual Conference on Best Practices in Institutional Effectiveness: Getting Assessment, Accountability and Outcome Evaluation Right the First Time will be held July 16-18, 2007, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Accrediting agencies across the country have established criteria requiring outcome evaluation at the college and university level. These requirements have left institutions of higher education attempting to create effective evaluation processes that affect programs and services with small numbers of staff and no new resources. This interactive conference will provide participants with proven step-by-step processes to accomplish effective outcome assessment.
