Leadership Abstracts. Shaping Organizational Futures Through Generative Leadership, by Tracy Edwards (February 2007). Even the brightest ideas can go dim without proper encouragement, discussion, and development. Tracy Edwards explores the generative process and identifies ways to help organizations move beyond traditional problem solving and create new perspectives in February's Leadership Abstracts.

Learning Abstracts. Making Student Learning Visible, by Shree Iyengar and Ken Jarvis (February 2007). The proof is in the learning. Anne Arundel Community College and Alverno College met with 24 community and technical colleges for a three-day Innovation and Inquiry for Student Learning consortium to take a close look at the challenges of detecting student learning.
