Services

League Services provides speakers, workshops, training, and other professional development opportunities for community college faculty, staff, and administrators. Whether you’re planning an all-college convocation, a staff in-service workshop, a strategic planning retreat, or a faculty development program, League Services has options to meet your needs. Applying Basic Supervisory Techniques in Community Colleges. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a quick overview of the essential elements of successful supervisory and leadership skills, especially within the context of community colleges. (More information.)

Success Made Simple: Lessons Learned That Lead to Success. During this workshop, participants discover ways of behaving and responding to situations that successful individuals have in common. How to Talk, How to Listen: Communication in the Workplace. This workshop provides the tools for enhancing the communication needed for greater performance, efficiency, and production.
