Learning College Summit Site Change Announced!

The League announces a change in the Learning College Summit site. The new site, where all 2007 Learning College Summit events will be located, is the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Make plans now to attend the 2007 Learning College Summit, and register online by May 24 to take advantage of the early registration discount. The Summit will be June 24-27, 2007, and is hosted by Dallas County Community College District.

Call for Proposals to Present at Innovations 2008

The League invites proposals for the 2008 Innovations conference, to be held March 2-5, 2008, at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Denver, Colorado, and hosted by the Community College of Denver.

2007 Executive Leadership Institute Slated for December 2-7

The League announces the 2007 Executive Leadership Institute will be held December 2-7, 2007, at the Tempe Mission Palms in Tempe, Arizona. Application information is coming soon to the League website!

The Cross Papers Fellowship 2007-2008
Call for Proposals

Practitioners and scholars of community college teaching and learning are invited to submit proposals for The Cross Papers Fellowship. Endowed by K. Patricia Cross, the Fellowship continues a 10-year tradition of essays written for community college faculty, and providing practical teaching and learning strategies and the theory and research behind them. The deadline for submitting proposals is April 30, 2007.
