League Executive Leadership Institute Has 30 Participants
Thirty community college administrators from across the United States and Canada are meeting this week in Tempe, Arizona, for the League’s Executive Leadership Institute (ELI). During an intense week of learning, these potential community college presidents, or those in transition, are analyzing their abilities, reflecting on their interests, refining their skills, and engaging in leadership discussions with an unparalleled faculty of community college leaders. Faculty include executive leaders of national and international community college organizations, presidents and board members from leading community colleges, community college foundations, and executive search firms. This year, with support from the Sloan Foundation, ELI has a special focus on leadership roles in technology, with faculty including respected names in technology education in the community college.
