Leadership Abstracts. “Purpose-Driven Organizational Planning: The P-GOATS Model in Practice” by Stan Brings (September 2007). Learning Abstracts.“Getting Results: Lessons on Strengthening Community College Teaching” by Kay M. McClenney (September 2007). Getting Results is a free, online faculty development program focused on improving teaching practices that was developed through a partnership between the WGBH Educational Foundation and the League for Innovation.
