League Services provides numerous professional development opportunities for community college administrators, faculty, and staff. The following offerings are a sample of the workshops and presentations focused on leadership.

Leadership in Times of Change. Community colleges are constantly being affected by changes in the external environment. Excellent leadership at all levels of the organization is necessary to face the challenges of change and take advantage of their opportunities. (More information.)

Evaluation of College Programs and Processes: An Appreciative Approach. This evaluation process uses an appreciative approach that focuses on successes when evaluating student services, teaching and learning, college programs, and strategic plans. Participants engage in a process that is inclusive and consensual to unearth the best of what exists. (More information.)
