League Services Offers New Presentations and Workshops!

League Services provides speakers, workshops, training, and other professional development opportunities for community college faculty, staff, and administrators. Whether you’re planning an all-college convocation, a staff in-service workshop, a strategic planning retreat, or a faculty development program, League Services has options to meet your needs. Preventing Sensitive Issues From Becoming Legal Headaches. Whether you are a faculty department chair or other administrator, you are likely experiencing an increasing number of sensitive issues in your daily professional activities. The main focus of this workshop is to address specific sensitive issues frequently faced in performing administrative duties. (More information.)

Preventing Sexual Harassment in Community Colleges. One of the most essential aspects of a productive workplace is the freedom enjoyed by all staff members to work in a tension-free environment. The best defense for avoiding impending problems is to have a good training program in place to educate, train, and develop awareness of possible sexual harassment in the workplace. The Entrepreneurial Community College. The Entrepreneurial Community College has captured the imagination of community college leaders across the country.
