League Services provides speakers, workshops, training, and other professional development opportunities for community college faculty, staff, and administrators. Whether you’re planning an all-college convocation, a staff in-service workshop, a strategic planning retreat, or a faculty development program, League Services has options to meet your needs. Applying Basic Supervisory Techniques in Community Colleges. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a quick overview of the essential elements of successful supervisory and leadership skills, especially within the context of community colleges. (More information.)

Finding, Retaining, and Maximizing Employees. Research suggests that hiring the wrong person cost the average organization $67,000. This workshop provides insights helpful in selecting the right person for the job and getting the best from your present employees. (More information.)

Success Made Simple: Lessons Learned That Lead to Success. During this workshop, participants discover ways of behaving and responding to situations that successful individuals have in common. These principles of success are explained so participants can learn and apply the strategies and enjoy the success that they bring. (More information.)

How to Talk, How to Listen: Communication in the Workplace. This workshop provides the tools for enhancing the communication needed for greater performance, efficiency, and production.
