Artist's Comment: "Since I began working in clay I have
had an interest in combining wheel-thrown vessels with
various other techniques. This vessel was conceptualized as as attempt to create interaction between the
fluidity of the round wheel-thrown object and the
sharp contrast of the cut-out geometric forms."
