AIRLINE DISCOUNTS

Discounted fares have been arranged for conference attendees on the following airlines:

Southwest Airlines - Please mention ID#J6312 and receive 10% off already low fares by calling 1-800-433-5368 at least five days prior to travel.

America West Airlines- A 5% discount is available to attendees by calling
1-800-548-7575 and mentioning code #6653.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is the headquarters hotel. Hotel is located at 122 N. Second Street. Phone number is 602-252-1234.

Room Rate: $185 single/$185 double plus applicable tax

An additional room block has been set up at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix which is located at 100 N. First Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. Reservations can be made by calling 602-333-5000.

Room rate: $167 single occupancy/$187 double occupancy plus tax.

Attendees can contact the hotels directly for reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for first night's deposit and will be confirmed within seven days. The deadline for the reservations is February 24, 2003. Reservations received after the deadline will be at the group rate on a space available basis only. Deposits will be refunded in full for all cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. We urge you to book your hotel reservations early!
