Description:
Hazwoper on the Web is a self-paced, open entry, open exit,
waste site worker course that meets all the requirements of
29 CFR 1910.120, OSHA’s Hazardous Waste Site Worker and
Emergency Response Standard offered in a WebCT format. The course
consists of an online text, interactive exercises, self-grading
quizzes, final exam and hands-on training. Hazwoper on the Web
is offered through members of the Community and College Consortium
for Health and Safety Training (CCCHST) around the nation. The
curriculum is authored and sponsored by the Hazardous Materials
Training and Research Institute (HMTRI) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. |
