Laurance Warford is the Director of the League for Innovation’s Community College Workforce Partnership Network. Dr. Warford has served as a senior community college officer and as a loaned executive to the U.S. Department of Labor. He also directs the League’s College and Careers Transitions Initiative (CCTI) funded by the U.S. Department of Education

Russell Hamm is the Assistant Director of the Community College Workforce Partnership Network. Dr. Hamm has served as a senior community college officer and as a loaned executive to the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration and to the Office of the Vice President of the United States. He is also a Senior Fellow with the Manufacturing Institute, National Association of Manufacturers.
