The Virtual Reader is a deliverable of the College and Career Transitions Initiative (CCTI). It was created to provide a reference of the various books, articles, and other publications around the purposes of CCTI – to strengthen the call of community and technical colleges in easing student transitions between secondary and postsecondary education and improving academic performance at both the secondary and postsecondary levels.

The Virtual Reader has been completed in the early stages of the project so that personnel at the CCTI selected site partnerships can become familiar with the literature as they begin their work. In addition, the Virtual Reader will be a valuable resource for all secondary and postsecondary personnel who want to learn more about this timely topic.
