Inventory of Current Practices is a deliverable of the College
and Career Transitions Initiative (CCTI). The Inventory contains
information on strategies and outcomes that community/technical
colleges are currently using to ease student transitions and
improve academic performance at the secondary and postsecondary
levels.
The searchable database was created from the applications
of the 150 community/technical colleges who applied to become
CCTI site partnerships. These colleges and their secondary
and business and industry partners exhibit many strategies
that are transferable to other local partnerships. Readers
are encouraged to follow up directly with the submitting colleges
if additional information is desired.
