Target Audience
	Community college professionals, including deans, faculty, program managers, coordinators, directors, and others already in mid-level positions or those making transitions into management/leadership positions. Trustees and individuals from the private sector and four-year institutions are also welcome.

	Identification and understanding of critical issues in community college education for the 21st Century. Enhancing management and leadership styles. Identification of leadership skills for effective leaders. Preparation for transition including interviewing techniques and resume writing. Issues and coping strategies for leading as a Black administrator. Personal and professional goal setting. Team building and strategic planning Ethical and principled leadership. Success strategies for upward mobility in community college systems.
