College and Career Transitions Initiative
This initiative seeks to improve student transitions between secondary and postsecondary education and careers. It also seeks to improve academic performance at all levels of education. Fifteen site partnerships led by community colleges in
partnership with secondary schools, employers and other organizations were selected in a
competitive process to be exemplars for this project. CCTI is administered by the League
Consortium and funded by the U.S. Office of Education, Office of Vocational and Adult Education.
