Kirkwood Community College uses a variety of methods to cut energy consumption and energy costs. This presentation will focus on energy policies, load shedding, ice storage, and other methods to reduce consumption and costs. It will also address the recent construction of a $2.5M wind turbine on the Cedar Rapids Campus.
