Hotel Rate

The Anaheim Marriott is currently accepting room reservations at a discounted rate of $179* per night (single/double) for Innovations 2014 participants. This special rate will be offered three days prior to three days after the conference dates of March 2-5, 2014, subject to room availability at time of reservation. Mention the Innovations conference when calling 1.888.236.2427 to secure a reservation in the conference block. There are a limited number of guestrooms available at the discounted conference rate.

*Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local fees and taxes (currently 15% Occupancy Tax, in addition to a California State Tourism Fee of $0.70 per room night, Occupancy Tax of $0.11 per room night, and 2% Anaheim Tourism Improvement District Assessment) in effect at the time of check-out.

Cut-Off Date

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the conference block is Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.

Room Deposit

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night’s room and tax. Attendees will receive a full refund or credit in the case of special emergency involving the attendee or the attendee’s family. Refunds and deposits must be credited within 10 days.

Innovations 2014 conference participants must make lodging reservations directly with the Anaheim Marriott. DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM with companies such as Convention Expo Travel or Convention Housing Services. These companies are contacting conference participants directly and advising that they officially represent the conference.
