Hotel Rate

The Hilton Anatole is currently accepting room reservations at a discounted rate of $199* per night (single/double) for Innovations 2013 participants. This special rate will be offered three days prior to three days after the conference dates of March 10–13, 2013, subject to room availability at time of reservation. Mention the Innovations conference when making your reservation to secure a room in the conference block. There are a limited number of guestrooms available at the discounted conference rate.

*The room rate is quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) in effect at the time of check in.

Cut-Off Date

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the conference block is Friday, February 15, 2013. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.

Room Deposit

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, refundable up to three days in advance of arrival. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.

WARNING

Please be warned that if you plan on attending the Innovations 2013 conference, DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM when contacted by other companies such as Convention Expo Travel or Convention Housing Services. These companies are contacting conference participants directly and advising that they officially represent the conference. They have done this for other events and attendees have found they are not at the headquarters hotel or they do not have a reservation even though they gave the company credit card information. These companies are in no way affiliated with the Innovations 2013 or the League for Innovation. They are NOT the official travel agent for the event. The League for Innovation is not responsible for reservations made with these companies.
