HOTEL INFORMATION

The 2004 Innovations Conference will be held entirely under one roof at the San Francisco Hilton. Located two blocks from Union Square in downtown San Francisco, 20 minute drive from the San Francisco International Airport and two blocks from BART and cable cars.

A special rate of $179.00 single or double occupancy per night plus 14.05% tax has been arranged for Innovations attendees. Please contact the Hilton reservations office direct at 1-800-HILTONS and ask for the group rate for The League for Innovation. Reservation requests must be received by February 9, 2004 in order to receive the conference rate. A deposit of one night’s room and tax charges will be required. This deposit is refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the convention date.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.

AIRLINE DISCOUNTS

Discounted fares have been established with America West Airlines. Please call 1-800-548-7575 and mention CAMS Code #6835 to receive 5-10% off regular fares or visit www.americawest.com, click on the air reservations tab and enter AP6835 in the ecertificate box.

American Airlines offers 5-10% off regular fares for attendees of the Innovations 2004 Conference. Call 1-800-433-1790 and mention authorization code A6124AO to receive the discount. Reservations made more than 30 days prior will be given the larger percentage reduction.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Taxis
Metered rates apply to all destinations. Destinations either 15 miles beyond the limits of the City and County of San Francisco or 15 miles beyond the boundaries of San Francisco International Airport are charged at 150% of the metered rate. Taxi drivers are required by Airport regulation to accept fares to all Bay Area destinations. By sharing a ride, up to 5 persons can ride for the price of 1 person. Sample fares per party to the San Francisco Hilton range from $29-44. A $2 surcharge is included for all San Francisco taxicab rides originating from San Francisco International Airport.
