The Community College Baccalaureate Association will
hold its fourth annual conference at the Hilton Hotel, San Francisco,
from Saturday, February 28 until Monday, March 1. The theme of
this year's conference, It's About Access, places emphasis
upon several models of improving access to four-year degrees including
University Centers, 2+2 agreements, the conferring of baccalaureate
degrees by community colleges and new innovations. Updates from
the most recent states to approve baccalaureate degrees in community
colleges and those considering doing so will be presented.
