Additional hotel rooms are available at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, an easy three-block walk from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta

Be sure to ask for the League for Innovation in the Community College Innovations conference room block. The cut-off date for making reservations at the Sheraton is March 5, 2001; after that date rooms will be available on a space permitting basis.

Please call the Hyatt Regency Atlanta directly to make a reservation and request the group rate for the League for Innovation’s Innovations 2001 conference. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card of first night’s deposit and will be confirmed on receipt. The deadline for reservations is February 2, 2001. Reservations received after the deadline will be on a space available basis only, at the group rate. Deposits will be refunded in full for all cancellations received at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. We urge you to book your hotel reservations early!

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is approximately 17 miles or 15 minutes from the Atlanta Airport. The Atlanta Airport Shuttle offers service continuously to and from the hotel every 30 minutes for $12 one way, $20 round trip. In addition, MARTA goes from the airport northbound to the Peachtree Center station (next to the Hyatt) for $1.50.

DISCOUNTED AIR FARE
The League has appointed Stellar Access (formerly Conventions in America as its official travel company. The company guarantees the lowest fare on any airline at time of booking and offers discounts on American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, as well as free travel services and benefits.

Benefits include free flight insurance of $100,000, plus an additional 5-10 percent off the lowest applicable fares on American Airlines and Delta Air Lines. Some restrictions apply. Travel is valid five days before and after meeting dates.

If you choose to make reservations directly with Delta Air Lines, call 1-800-241-6760 and refer to File #170525A to receive the discounted fare.

Online booking of airline reservations is available at www.stellaraccess.com. You may book your reservations quickly and easily from the convenience of your home or office anytime and be eligible for discounted travel rates. The system offers the lowest available fares on any airline and destination information at your fingertips, in a completely secure environment. First time users must register and refer to Group #339 (10 transaction fee will be applied to all tickets purchased via phone service. Reservation hours: M-F 6:30am - 5:00pm Pacific Time.)

Special discounted rates with unlimited mileage have been negotiated for conference attendees with Hertz and are available up to one week before and one week after the event. To reserve a car at these special rates, call Conventions in America at 1-800-929-4242; refer to Group #339. If you call Hertz directly at 1-800-654-2240, ask for CV#02EZ0007. Cars may be picked up and dropped off at the airport or any other Hertz location in Atlanta with no additional drop-off charge.
