Statement:	Kristin Kubly Wake Technical Community College Statement I tutor students individually, a job which I find rewarding because I can help students across the curriculum and with different learning styles and abilities. The most inspiring aspect to teaching is seeing students who thought they couldn’t learn have that “a-ha” moment when they finally understand a new concept, so I am driven to succeed by helping students learn to believe in themselves. Putting students first and working with them as individuals with unique needs is my definition of a true educator.
