Statement:	Continually changing technology can be a challenge for both students and faculty. As I work with library systems, I strive to remove obstacles so that students can learn and achieve. No matter if a service is new, or if it has been offered for years, it needs to be user friendly. I am inspired by watching a student’s attitude go from “I’m never going to get it” to “I can do this!” I’m proud to be a part of our library staff committed to student success.
