Statement:	My students inspire me and motivate me every day. They value education and I want to support that as much as I can. However, my students often don’t have experience with being a success in education, so they need very clear expectations and step-by-step guidance. They catch on quickly that I will walk through the practice work them, at their pace, but they need to take advantage of that guidance because the next time they need to be resourceful and responsible for the assignment on their own.
