Statement:	My daily inspiration comes from the satisfaction of helping others. My success is driven by the spirit of collaboration. I have collaborated extensively on behalf of our Kinesiology department with our Disability Resources Department. The vision and work from two departments coming together towards a common goal is much more powerful than one. Oftentimes we get so focused on our specific areas, that we forget there are many others willing to help across our campuses. I believe partnerships and collaboration can truly enhance success.
