Statement:	I am easily motivated just with watching our students grow and succeed knowing that our services had a hand in helping them on their way. Communication, perseverance, and vision are my key strategies. Communication is the key to a strong relationship with students as well as the college community. Perseverance is necessary to implement resources when they are needed and money is tight, and vision for the future; always thinking ahead of new initiatives that will keep improving the quality of our services.
