Statement:	As an instructor in the Math FIRS3T program, I have the opportunity to meet with each of my students to develop a plan for their success. We work together to outline a schedule that fits their individual needs, discuss areas of confusion, review their Note-Taking Guide, and look ahead to the next assessment. This one-on-one interaction pushes me to rethink strategies to address various learning styles, organizational skills, and life experiences, while ensuring each student’s success.
