Statement:	I am inspired by students who never give up. I once had a student who apologized daily for maintaining a slower pace than the other students in class. He showed up and worked tirelessly every single week. Students who work hard to persevere should never have to apologize. It is my job to balance the skill level of every learner so each student recognizes the strength they bring to the table. Realization of these strengths inspires everyone – and inspiration is contagious.
