Statement:	I enter the classroom each day with a fully prepared lecture, but I am ready to change teaching style and/or content on an instant depending on the feedback I receive from my students either from dialog, quizzes, or questions. My years in the classroom have taught me the students must be engaged in their learning and I must develop methods to constantly stay in tune with their progress. One teaching style does not meet all needs and successful teaching styles are ever changing.
