Statement:	What motivates me is seeing personal growth in a student -seeing a student who was anxious and unsure at the beginning of her program, confidently giving advice and encouragement to another student. I hope that I helped build that student’s self-confidence. I love my subject matter, and believe the material covered in my classes provides essential skills for professional success. I stay current in my field, and constantly tweak courses to keep the material fresh and my interest keen.
