Statement:	It happens when you see the light bulb come on. At that moment, you know the student understands. Knowledge is basic but education is very important to me and I want to share my love of learning with my students. I believe I can best do that by conducting myself in a professional manner, being respectful and expecting respect in return and caring about the students and about what I teach. And as long as I see the light bulb come on, I know I have done my job.
