Statement:	I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job.I create an environment that allows the individual freedom to explore his/her imagination with projects that challenge them to do more than they had ever expected to achieve.I provide a challenging and stimulating atmosphere for learning so that those individuals work together with others in the classroom to explore new approaches to solving problems.I develop projects for real world experiences outside of the traditional learning environment to acquaint these emerging artists with professionals and career possibilities.
