Statement:	Teaching is a great challenge to do well, and in return, it can provide a remarkable feeling of accomplishment that I have not otherwise experienced. It requires a great deal of introspection. I continue to learn to be humble and non-judgmental, and to set high expectations for both myself and my students. It requires one to continually ask oneself if I am doing the best I can to enable and encourage my students to learn, to reason, to think creatively, and to express themselves clearly.
