The exhibit hall

may, however, gain access to, or be in your booth one hour before
and 1/2 hour after by presenting your exhibitor pass. |

plan indicates booth locations chosen through this year's booth
space selection process (according to priority points listing—based
upon level of partnership, sponsorships, requested size, etc).
Adjustments to the floor plan may be made at the discretion
of the League, you will be notified if changes are made. |

Booth
Description |
Standard pipe and
drape in Burgundy and Forest Green, and table drape
and side rails in Forest Green. Back drape will be 8'
high; side drapes will be 3' high.
A one-line identification sign,
7” wide x 44" long, will be provided in black block letters
on white background and will include the company name only.
Each booth will be provided with a 6’ Forest Green
draped table, two side chairs, and one waste basket. Additional
furniture is available at extra charge from GES, the official
contractor.
Aisle carpet is Forest Green and there will be no
booth carpet provided by show management.

Access |
Internet connections
to the exhibitor’s booth will be provided through the League
for Innovation. Complete the form online
or fax or mail the form
in the exhibitor kit with payment before November 2. |

Security |
Twenty-four hour
security service for the exhibit area will be provided by the
conference sponsors from Tuesday, November 13, 8:00 a.m., through
Friday, November 16, 12:00 midnight. The furnishing of security
service is in no case to be a guarantee against loss or theft
of any kind. Exhibitors wishing to insure their exhibit booth
and materials may do so at their own expense. |

GES Exposition Services (GES) will install, maintain, and remove
booths. Rental furniture, labor to install and dismantle exhibits,
special decoration, janitorial, material handling and storage
services, etc., will be provided at prevailing rates. |
|
An Exhibitor Service Kit from GES is enclosed, containing order
forms for all services. Please complete without delay and return
forms to GES. Note that the deadline for ordering services is
Friday, October 26, to receive discounted rates, and Monday,
November 8, to avoid a surcharge. |

addressed to and received by the Convention Center will be
redirected to GES Exposition Services for drayage at the expense

material used must be properly fire-proofed in accordance
with local regulations.
Outbound
Freight
If you are among the exhibitors that are also attending
various other conferences back-to-back with CIT, GES can make
special arrangements for quick freight handling on your outbound
shipment and special pricing on your cross-country freight
to other states. Please call GES at 773/581-2237 immediately
if you need this service.
Rules
and
Regulations
Conference sponsors reserve the right to determine
acceptable practice and sound level for working exhibits.
Exhibitors using prerecorded music in their booth must show
proof of licensing agreement.
The
League for Innovation in the Community College, GES Exposition
Services, and the Minneapolis Convention Center will NOT
be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may
occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees or property,
or to any other person prior, during, or subsequent to the
period of the exhibition. Each exhibitor assumes entire
responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify,
and defend and save the League, GES Exposition Services, and
Minneapolis Convention Center, and its employees and agents
against all claims, losses, damages to persons or property,
governmental charges or fines, and attorney's fees arising
out of or caused by exhibitor's installation, dismantling,
removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition
premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused
by the sole negligence of Minneapolis Convention Center, its
employees, and agents.
Empty
containers or boxes must NOT be visible from the aisles or
walkways. They must be consigned to the official service
contractor or stored out of sight.
The
reverse side of any wing panel extending from the back wall
of the display must be finished or draped in order to avoid
a raw exposure to a neighboring participant.
Exhibitor
signage is restricted to the assigned exhibit space. No signs
may protrude or be placed in any other area of the annual
meeting space except those produced and placed by the League.
Any
