University of Phoenix and the League for Innovation in Community College have announced a new scholarship program for community college students looking to continue their education. University of Phoenix will offer 15 deserving community college students a full–tuition scholarship to complete a bachelor’s degree program at any of the University’s more than 200 locations or online.
