Online Summer Institute for Community Colleges (OSICC): This year’s keynote speaker will be Under Secretary
of Education Martha Kanter. A former community college chancellor, president, and teacher, Dr. Kanter recognizes
the need for innovative leadership in higher education. Community college leaders will learn how to develop
leadership programs within their organizations and how to refine their own
leadership skills. Two days of online sessions will provide a platform for
dialogue and information exchange for non-degree development initiatives and
high-leverage practices for community college leadership development. OSICC is completely online, so you will be able to network,
