Dr. Heelan Is Available to Speak at Your College or Conference
Dr. Cynthia Heelan was president at Colorado Mountain College (CMC) from July 1993 until November 2002. New Renewable Energy Technology at Owens Community College
Owens Community College recently unveiled a new solar array and wind turbine, to be used for educational training within Workforce and Community Services’ Photovoltaic Installation Program and Wind Installation Program as well as for future academic curriculum programming in the School of Technology.
