Partner and Exhibitor Registration

All League for Innovation Corporate Partners are entitled to complimentary conference registrations based on partnership level, as well as an unlimited number of exhibit hall-only registrations.

  • 1 complimentary conference registration for Bronze Corporate Partners and College Exhibitors

Below are details regarding group conference registration discounts for the 2013 STEMtech Conference.

Group Discount Guidelines:

  • All registration forms must be submitted together as a packet by October 4, 2014, to receive a group discount.
  • Group registration packets can be submitted via fax, email (scanned), or U.S. mail.
  • Online registrations are NOT eligible for group discounts.
  • A group discount cannot be applied to individual registration forms not received as part of a group registration packet.
  • If the group number drops below the minimum requirement, the group discount will not be honored and remaining group members will be charged the additional fee.
  • Master Seminars require an additional registration fee and are not discounted.

Student Registration

The reduced student registration rate applies only to (1) full-time undergraduate and graduate students (2) at an accredited college or university (3) at the time of registration. A letter of verification from the student’s advisor/professor on the educational institution’s letterhead must be submitted along with the conference registration form. The letter of verification and the conference registration form must be faxed together to (480) 705-8201, attention Judy Greenfield, or mailed to League for Innovation in the Community College, 1333 South Spectrum Boulevard, Suite 210, Chandler, AZ 85286.

NOTE: If the letter of verification is not received at the time of registration, you will be charged the full non-student rate for the conference based on the date you registered. Hotel rooms are not discounted. Student registration includes the same access to all conference activities as full non-student rate registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by October 4, 2014. Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend. Refunds minus a $50 cancellation fee will be issued after the conference for cancellations received in writing by October 4, 2014. Conference fees for written cancellations received after October 4, 2014, will not be refunded, but can be applied toward a future League conference or summit by anyone at your college within one year. Participant substitutions can be made at any time.
