Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn is vice president and general manager for Learning@Cisco, an education services business focused on educating customers and partners, and providing education solutions. Learning@Cisco is an industry leader in training and certification, and leads development of Cisco’s external engineering community. The organization is widely recognized for creating innovative education solutions using next generation technology to deliver green, mobile, and global education services such as virtual classrooms, social learning through the Cisco Learning Network, and mobile learning. Beliveau-Dunn is responsible for the P&L, product and service development and delivery, operations, marketing, the technical community, and support.
Beliveau-Dunn is a 15-year Cisco veteran and has been in the industry for over 25 years. She has held several executive positions in Cisco. She was first brought in to oversee the Cisco channels sales team for global markets. Beliveau-Dunn then created the Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), a consulting team working with Cisco’s largest customers around the globe, and established this team as an innovation agent for Cisco and its customers. Just prior to assuming her position with Learning@Cisco, Beliveau-Dunn was in charge of product marketing for routing, switching, and integrated advanced technologies for Cisco globally, a $20 billion business.
Before joining Cisco, Beliveau-Dunn spent five years as vice president and general manager for Micronics/Diamond computers, and was at Wang Laboratories for seven years guiding its desktop and systems/server business.
Beliveau-Dunn has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Massachusetts and is active in a number of charitable foundations, such as Habitat for Humanity and Help One Child.
