Software and AV Equipment
Presenters are responsible for providing their own laptop or computer if one is required for their presentation(s).
Concurrent sessions are supported with a high-speed internet connection, video data projector, microphone, and screen.
Please note that neither electricity nor an internet connection will be available in the Poster Session area. Poster Sessions cannot accommodate equipment other than a presenter-provided battery-operated laptop computer.

Flipcharts for Roundtable Discussions will be available if requested prior to the conference.
Presenters are responsible for ensuring that any presenter-provided equipment connects and functions with the equipment provided by the conference organizers. Presenters assume full responsibility for the security and operation of their personal equipment. The Technical/AV Support Team cannot provide specialized cabling, drivers, software, connectors, or other out of the ordinary items.
