STEMtech Online Registration Fees

Registration for STEMtech Online, one of the most practical events you’ll participate in all year, includes:

• Live Online Presentations: STEMtech Online will consist of live one-hour presentations in two formats. The first format will include live interactive coverage of Track Keynote Presentations and Special Sessions video streamed from the onsite STEMtech Conference. The second format will include live interactive coverage of one-hour online concurrent sessions—webinars.

• Archived Presentations: Although STEMtech Online will be held on Monday, November 1, and Tuesday, November 2, the Special Sessions and the Opening Keynote Presentation taking place on Sunday at the onsite conference will be videotaped, archived, and made available to participants of the virtual conference. Also, STEMtech Online content will be available to registered participants for ten days before being moved to iStream. As an added bonus, iStream members will have 24/7 access to STEMtech Online content following the conference. (STEMtech Online registrants receive a one-year iStream membership. See below.)

• Bonus Sessions: In addition to the live interactive and archived sessions, STEMtech Online will start each day with a kick-off session to introduce that day’s schedule. Also included will be an open forum—a virtual Happy Hour—on Monday evening and an online conference wrap-up and feedback program immediately after the final presentation on Tuesday.

• Virtual Exhibit Hall: League for Innovation sponsors will have a strong presence at STEMtech Online. The exhibit hall will be accessible throughout the year and include descriptions, graphics, documents, and web links for each sponsor. Contact information for each sponsor will be easily accessible as well.

• iStream Membership: iStream is the League for Innovation's web-based, multimedia portal where faculty, staff, administration, and students can find videos, articles, publications, and learning programs. Individual STEMtech Online registrations include a one-year iStream membership, a $250 value providing unlimited access to STEMtech Online content and other professional development resources after the conference.

Group Discounts Group discounts are designed for a minimum of five individuals who will participate in STEMtech Online activities from one computer. Register using the appropriate button above and change the quantity in the shopping cart to five (5) or more to receive the instant discount. • 5 to 14 registrants: 10% off each registration • 15 or more registrants: 15% off each registration
Site Licenses Site licenses provide unique logins and on-demand access to STEMtech Online activities for groups up to 50 members or groups of up to 100 members. Institutions will designate a contact person to arrange payment and announce registration procedures to their constituents. Once a site license is purchased, a unique discount code is provided that allows each of that site’s participants to register for free. Each unique discount code has a limit of either 50 or 100 uses.

Campus Packages
