Registration Options

  • Online registration: Pay by credit card, check, or purchase order. Online registration is available through October 19, 2008.
  • Fax Registration: Print the registration form and send via fax to (480) 705-8201. Pay by credit card, check, or purchase order. Fax registration is available through October 17, 2008. Please use a separate printed form for each person registering for the conference.
  • U.S. Mail Registration: Print the registration form and send via mail to 2008 Conference on Information Technology, League for Innovation, 4505 E. Chandler Boulevard, Suite 250, Phoenix, AZ 85048. Pay by credit card, check, or purchase order. Mailed registrations must be received by October 17, 2008. Please use a separate printed form for each person registering for the conference.
  • Onsite Registration: Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, UT. October 19-22, 2008. Pay by credit card, check, or purchase order.

Below are details regarding group conference registration discounts for the 2008 Conference on Information Technology Conference. (Group registrations MUST be submitted together as a package on or before September 19, 2008.)

In order to receive group discounts:

  1. Early Registration Deadline: September 19, 2008.
  2. Group registrations MUST be submitted together as a package and postmarked or faxed on or before September 19, 2008.
  3. The League CANNOT provide group discounts for individual registrations not received as part of group registrations packets.
  4. Online registrations are not eligible for group discounts.
  5. Full payment or purchase order for group discounts MUST be postmarked on or before September 19, 2008.
  6. If the group number drops below the minimum requirement, the group discount will not be honored and other group members will be charged the additional fee.
  7. Learning Center Courses require an additional registration and are not discounted.

Institutions wishing to take advantage of special group rates should submit their registrations by downloading, completing, and returning the Conference Registration Form (Adobe Acrobat). Each registrant will receive an individual confirmation statement from the League office. Student Rates

Students registering online are not eligible for the reduced registration rate. Student rate applies only to (1) full-time undergraduate and graduate students (2) at an accredited college or university (3) at the time of registration. A letter of verification on the educational institution’s letterhead must be submitted along with the Conference Registration Form (Adobe Acrobat). The letter of verification and the conference registration form must be faxed together to (480) 705-8201, attention Judy Greenfield.

NOTE: If the letter of verification is not received at the time of registration, you will be charged the full non-student rate for the conference based on the date you registered. Those individuals enrolled in fellowship programs are not considered full-time students. Hotel rooms and Learning Center Courses are not discounted. Student registration includes the same services as full non-student rate registration.

Registration Fees

Conference registration fees provide admission to all conference General Sessions, Hands-On Alley Labs, Forums, Poster Sessions, Roundtable Discussions, Exhibitions, coffee and refreshment breaks, and receptions.

League Alliance Member Institutions receive a $50 discount per registration (see conference fees below). Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by September 19, 2008. Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend. Refunds minus a $50 cancellation fee will be issued after the conference for cancellations received in writing by September 19, 2008. No refunds will be issued after September 19, 2008, but can be applied toward a future conference or summit. Participant substitutions can be made at any time.
