League for Innovation Corporate Partners and Friends of the League can request ancillary meeting space during the Conference on Information Technology. Meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to League approval. Ancillary meeting space is limited and fills up quickly. Be sure to reserve early!
Note: Ancillary meetings cannot be scheduled during General Session hours or other special activities. Once ancillary meeting space has been reserved, each group is responsible for planning its own meeting. Assistance with room setup, AV, and catering logistics is available. The requesting organization assumes financial responsibility for food and beverage services and ordered equipment, including setup and teardown labor and room rental fees, if applicable. No contracted hotels will reserve meeting room space during the meeting dates without prior League for Innovation approval. The League for Innovation prohibits the distribution of ancillary meeting announcements or promotional materials within the convention center or contracted meeting hotels. Hotel room drops are strictly prohibited unless arranged for through the League for Innovation.
