Provided Equipment All sessions except for Roundtables and Poster Sessions are supported with a high-end computer (multimedia Windows PC), high-speed internet connection, video data projector, microphone, and screen. Presenters may bring their own equipment, but should understand that only equipment provided by the conference organizers is supported by the Technical, AV, and Speaker Support Teams.

Presenters are responsible for ensuring that any presenter-provided equipment connects and functions with the equipment provided by the conference organizers. Presenters assume full responsibility for the technical requirements of custom setups, as well as the security and operation of their own equipment.

Presentation Software

The most commonly requested applications are preloaded onto presentation and lab computers. Presenters will be notified about the applications that will be provided. Please note that only software provided by the conference organizer will be supported by the Technical, AV, and Speaker Support Teams.

Rehearsals

An opportunity is provided for onsite technical rehearsal of all sessions. Before the conference, an email will be sent to each session's key presenter requesting that person to go online and schedule a rehearsal time prior to arrival at the conference.
