Keynote Title

The ability of community colleges to keep pace with the ever-changing demands of 21st century learning remains a critical success factor. Coping with change is often easier when there is a clear roadmap of success. In this informative and frank session, Martin overviews nine critical components that he believes provide community colleges with an effective way to manage technology and change within their institution. Martin fundamentally believes that success in 21st century learning begins with a clearly defined vision of success. His presentation focuses on how to take a vision and turn it into reality by focusing on leadership, 21st century skills, innovative software solutions, and digital inclusion. Martin also shares his thinking around current trends in workforce development within the United States, Europe, and Asia.
