The 2005 Conference on Information Technology will be held at the largest convention hotel in the Southwest, the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The Anatole is just minutes from several of Dallas' entertainment centers including the West End and Deep Ellum, as well as world-class shopping at North Park Mall and the Galleria.

AMTRAK

Amtrak is offering CIT participants a 10% discount off the lowest rail fare that is available when making your reservation to Dallas/Ft. Worth. Discounts are available between October 20 and October 29, 2005. To book space, call Amtrak at (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Make sure you refer to the Fare Code X10G-935 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train. The discounted fare is valid on Metroliner and Acela service for all departures, seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. This offer is also valid on Sleepers, Business Class, or First Class. Schedules may be viewed online.

RENTAL CAR DISCOUNTS

TAXIS/SHUTTLES

Taxi service is available on the upper level of each terminal at DFW. Fares to downtown Dallas are approximately $38.

Yellow Checker Shuttle Company provides daily transportation to and from DFW Airport to the Wyndham Anatole for $15 per person, one way. Passenger pick up is on the UPPER LEVEL at DFW terminals. Passengers load in the Yellow Checker Shuttle loading zones at two convenient locations at each terminal.

Passenger drop off is on the LOWER LEVEL. Inform your driver of the terminal and gate assignment for your flight.
